Jordan attended Florida State University and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Tourism and was awarded Cum Laude upon graduation. After graduating, Jordan enlisted into the United States Navy and served honorably. After his enlistment, Jordan pursued higher education and obtained his Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership where his capstone was on multigenerational workplaces and technology. Continuing the trend, Jordan is now a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership where his dissertation research topic is on Acculturative Leadership and multigenerational workplaces.
Jordan has worked in various industries over the years mostly in management or in senior leadership positions. He has also pursued several entrepreneurial ventures over the years. He currently works as a Learning and Development Director at a management consulting organization in San Diego, CA.
Jordan proudly served in the United States Navy Honorable. He has published one fiction novel that can be purchased below. He plans to publish more books in the future. Among academic achievements, Jordan graduated as a member of Sigma Alpha Theta and Cum Laude. Jordan has volunteered with many organizations over the years including as a speaker for the American Heart Association, the United States Army, and several fitness events.
